Constituents of this equipment are belt conveyors, feeders, ring granulators, heater and pressure valve. This machine is operated with LPG, Coke gas or Bio gas and use gas pressure of 49 kpa for firing fuel gas.
Process:
Feeding process: Simle Bucket Hoisting and manual double bell jar feeding process is used which eliminates the chance of gas leakages.
Slag discharge process: wet slag discharge is formed from both sides with ratchet wheel and detent of hydraulic drive.
